DEFINITION OF ROLES
Grinz Interactive (aka Grinz) is the service provider.
A Grinz client is an individual or organization who pays Grinz for service.
A client's subscribers are the individual users covered by the client's HOSTING subscription.
A Grinz agent is an individual contracted with Grinz to provide a work or service.
OWNERSHIP OF HOSTED AND PROJECT ASSETS
The client is the sole owner of all HOSTING and other hosted assets, including:
Subscriber Email
Application databases and files
The client is the sole owner of all PROJECTS and other created assets, including:
Webzite source code, databases and files
